Upon arrival, I was told multiple times that my reserved room wasn't ready. After waiting, I inspected three different rooms only to find them dirty, with food remnants and unsightly issues. One room even had a bathtub that was painted over with flaking paint.

We loved our stay here with the kids and our pets! The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby Summit shopping area for some snacks and fun. Swimming under the sun at the local zoo was also a hit with everyone.

The lobby felt cluttered and was undergoing renovations, making the overall ambiance a bit off. Breakfast items could use some improvement in variety and temperature. Not the usual standard I'd expect from the chain, but I hope they can sort out these issues. Little things do matter, especially during business trips.
